You know how there's real life stupid and then there's internet stupid?  I think Laurell K. Hamilton has surpassed them both.

She wrote this post on her blog about famous folks who had passed away recently.  She goes on about "Jason" Pollack and how his artwork impacted her or some such shit.  Pretty sure that she's referring to "Jackson" Pollack.  Except that he died, you know, DECADES ago.  Now I'm wondering if she even has a clue as to who "Sydney" Pollack (the guy with that last name who *did* pass away recently) was.

*sigh*  It's one of those things that made me laugh my ass off and shed a little tear at the same time.

Wow! Now I need to go tell my friend (huge LKH fan) that her girl is special in the head. And this once again proves to me why I don't read her novels. Read the first couple pages of one and almost swore off books altogether!
