Quickie!!!

Hey all, just a quick update from the con.

Saw Dan Shea(Siler), Craig Veroni (Grodin, the kinda hot British guy in Atlantis), Peter Williams (Apophis), and Teryl Rothery (Janet, duh) at the con and then got to meet Rainbow Francks (Ford, Atlantis), Martin Gero (a writer for Atlantis) and Courtenay J Stevens (Lt. Elliott, SG-1) after the con at a dinner.

I'll do more of a report later when I'm more awake, but it's been lots of fun so far. Peter was his fun self as always and Teryl is a complete crack up too. She got propositioned by a young French guy and hauled some poor, scared, young, nervous, girl up on to the stage and slightly embarrassed her.

I just have to say that Courtenay J Stevens is even hotter in real life and is a complete doll. Only got to talk to him for a few minutes (which was more time than our group got with Rainbow) but he's dreamy. He's also going to be in my neck of the woods in a few weeks with his brother. Wonder if his brother is as hot? He's also been directing Teryl in a play in the area lately.

Creation has lots of new photos for sale. They include shots from Season 9 for SG1 and Season 2 for Atlantis. I got a little hung up on the Atlantis ones with Mitch Pileggi. HUMINA in a jumpsuit!!! They had ones of Michael with the beard too.

Randomness: Why didn't any of my Canadian friends tell me there are so many hot looking men up here? Are you trying to horde them all? Seriously, I walked into Starbucks this morning and 4 total babes were working the counter.

Weirdness: The voice that announces the stops for the Vancouver Sky Train sounds exactly like the voice in Logan's Run that announces Last Day. Creepy.

in a country that experiences winter as we do, we HAVE to keep the hot guys a secret, or immigration will go off the charts w/ gals (& guys) seeking out the uber hot guys!
plus, they're hot b/c otherwise the race would die out over the winter ;)

I don't think I quite comprehended the sheer magnitude of them. I thought it was like L.A. where there are a few scattered about. Clearly, Michael Shanks and Steve Bacic are not the random flukes I thought they were.

and vancouver/lower mainland BC has more tolerable weather to a non-canadian than most other parts of the country, AND they have the highest hotness factor too! :)
