I'm actually enjoying the episode more than I expected.

I really love the scene in the Director's office with Tony, Gibbs and the Director. The fact that Tony smacked down the Director and Gibbs' confident smirk when he did.

I liked that too. It was totally a "That's my boy," moment.

Also loved when the CIA guy tried to rough up Tony and all Tony did was nod his head in his teams direction and the guy saw everyone had their gun pulled.

Really loved it that you saw Gibbs first.

It actually made me a bit more excited about the new season.

It was a good episode but I'm not so sure that this season will be better than last. I'm a little worried about Don Bellasario being gone now but I'm hoping that not much will change.

I'm actually a little glad that DPB has stepped down. His series tend to get a little cracky or crappy in their later years. I'm hoping this will help keep NCIS fresh and moving in a good direction.

I did enjoy it, and also liked Gibbs and the Director going head to head.

I'll ignore the Ziva part of that. *g* To each her own.

I have the sneaking suspicion that Jeanne will be back either at sweeps or the end of the season. Either she'll be in danger or she'll be looking for revenge on Tony. I just can't see them leaving her hanging out there with no resolution whatsoever.
