Random Theory for "Last of the Time Lords"

I just noticed that the movie poster showing on the billboard when you enter the BBC Doctor Who site is for a movie called "Civilization Zero" and the tag line is "Crossing the Boundaries". Wonder if this has anything to do with the Toclafane and them killing off ten percent of the world's population.

I know there are theories out there that they are the Gelf, which...I guess that's possible. There are some wilder ones about them being a Dalek/Time Lord hybrid. I'll be peeved if that one happens. I was thinking that maybe they're either the Futurekind or the humans from "Utopia".
