Hi again from the land of the North.

I'm still having much fun here. The rain was kind enough to stop after Friday. I had much chance to shop yesterday and today. Not sure that this is a good thing for my bank account, but whatever. I have clothes and yummy smelling stuff from Lush and makeup.

Got to hang out and fannishly discuss and squee over things with aureliapriscus and crimsonquills last night until about 2 in the morning. I should have gone to sleep afterwards but I chose to watch Dr. Who "Gridlock" instead. I liked the episode. It did remind me a bit of being on the 405 some days, but overall not bad. I may do a more detailed post on it later...or not.

I'm still asserting that there's some weird genetic thing in Canada which causes it to have a higher quotient of hot men. Humina!

Hah! The so-called hotties are merely chameleons. They appear that way to non-natives, in order to lure them into mating with them. It's the only way we can keep our population up. *vbeg* To us Canucks they're these plain old, guys who watch too much hockey, drink too much beer, scratch and belch at the most inappropriate times.

I keep saying that you Canadians are a cunning lot. Lots of hockey stuff going on while I'm here though since the Canucks are in the playoffs. (I'm guessing they're still in.)

Yeah hockey fever up here these days, even after all the Canadian teams are long gone from the playoffs. And yes, the Canucks are still in there.
