OMGsoexhausted!

Ended up going to a NYE party last night with my friend Beth. I had planned on just kicking it with B* and S*, but we were already down in Santa Monica and went straight to the party. It was a lot of fun. Nothing too exciting, a bunch of musicians sitting around playing. (Fabulously huge house in Malibu. I could have wandered there for days.) We ended up staying until 4 this morning.

Today we had people over for food (jambalaya, collard greens, corn bread and chili...yummm) and drinks (lots of champagne and belinis) starting at about 1. Not much time for sleep. Now I'm properly stuffed and exhausted for the new year.

I'm off to nap for a bit, then I shall start reading all the lovely fic that's been posted over the past couple of days.
