Thanks to all who wished me a happy birthday. A big thanks to murgy31 for the gift of paid time and to wintermute for the Steve/Danny fic. (I'll post a link once I'm at a proper computer again.)

Had a great day out and saw the new X-Men movie. Best out of any of the movies from the franchise yet. It was great.

Now instead of heading to bed, I'm off to read xanthelj's new fic. The sacrifices I make...

and I'm pretty sure the reason why X-Men First Class is so good, is not just the acting or effects or storyline, but also the big blaring eye sex Charles and Erik were having *g* I had to muffle myself so I don't fangirl-squee all over the place in the middle of a movie theater... (oops, are my horns and tail showing?)

My friends and I spent half the movie smiling at each other during all the slashy scenes. :)
