OK all you US / North American fans...

John will be appearing at the Comic Con in San Diego, California this
July 24th and 25th (subject to other work commitments).



This means I get John Barrowman *and* Gareth David-Lloyd!!!!!!!!!

I will be standing in line *early* for those days for good seats. Need to find out if they're doing autographs and pics at all.

Gareth is signing in the Holzheimer booth (think I spelled that right; it's on his site). Dunno about Barrowman... it might depend whether his appearance is sort of sponsored by somebody (like Gareth and the Holzheimer people) or whether BBC is sending him or what. With the two of them both going though I'll bet they'll add a Torchwood panel to the programming track, if they haven't already. You should email the Comic Con people and ask. Also, I'm totally depressed I'm going to miss it. :(

I just saw John's name listed at the Holzheimer site too, but they didn't have dates for signing with him. I think it might depend on his work schedule.

Cliff Simon is also going to be at the same booth signing on Saturday. Yummy!

I'm so glad I decided to go this year. And that was before any of these guys were announced. I was thinking it'd be all about the comic books for me.

One of the pluses is that Torchwood still isn't quite huge here, so it should be an easier time getting to see Gareth in the booth than some other actors would be. Though the TW panel last year was pretty full for the room it was in and that was without any of the actors even there.

I will be taking LOTS of pics. I got some pretty good ones at the Heroes panel last year from waaaaay at the back of the room. I'm hoping this year will be even better.

AHHH!!!!!!! I hope it turns out to be true. I wanted to let you know I heard from a friend who needed to share her room so I told her I would. But thank ou for your offer! I will probably end up only going two days but hopefully we can meet up sometime. Especially for TW!!!

I'm really hoping he doesn't have to cancel for something else. I know that he went to college in San Diego, so maybe he's looking forward to visiting again. :D
