9 days until I leave for London!!!!
I did get some of my 'responsibility' stuff done yesterday and I'm working from home today so I'm getting more of them done along with some of the fun stuff. Maybe I won't *completely* fail as an adult today.
I'm multi-tasking right now. Doing work and watching Gordon Ramsey. All is lovely.

Hoping for a miracle
on 2008-05-12 09:09 pm (UTC)I hate to do this, but right at this fixed point in time, I don't see any way around it.
I may get paid before the Bank Holiday Monday, but we're due to be paid on the 28th, which is two days after, so no reason to pay us early.
I'm going to have to take that week off with the kids, because I can't afford to put them into holiday club. When do you go back to London? Maybe the 28th would be an option? Or I could show you a little of Bristol, but sometimes it's more fun to explore for yourself.
I dunno. Right now I'm not sure exactly what I'm doing or saying.

on 2008-05-12 09:23 pm (UTC)I don't go back to London until the morning of the 31st so if you're up for doing it on one of the later days in the week that's fine for me. I'll try to keep the rest of my plans kind of open so we can hang.
Again, do what you need to to take care of yourselves and even if it's just us hanging out for some coffee and squee, that's good with me.
