This is like his 4th or maybe 5th episode and I believe it might be his last. Because of his acting in his other *ahem* endeavors.

I used to watch WAT, but the blonde chick's storyline of boffing her co-workers just annoyed the crap out of me. They changed the day it was showing and I just didn't bother to follow, even though the menfolk are ever so pretty.

I did flip through and see James in an episode, but I didn't realize it was more than one episode. [pout]

And we're totally spoiled now for the boy kissing, aren't we? You can imagine how frustrating it is for me getting hooked on the Luke/Noah storyline on As the World Turns, and they haven't kissed onscreen in months. Not only that, but they rarely even touch, and the one time they did kiss recently, the camera panned away so we didn't see it.

There were pitchforks and torches lined up, ready to go after TPTB, but they're trying to kill 'em with kindness (or at least chocolate) by doing a Kiss Campaign -- sending in bags of Hershey's Kisses to TPTB.

I stopped watching WAT on a regular basis for the same reasons. I wish I'd known that he'd been on it.

I feel like the fan-service of Torchwood may ruin me for other shows at this point. And it's not just the squee making stuff like the kissing. If it was just that, I don't think I'd be as happy about that. The fact that it looks like they're going to more fully flesh out the characters and their interactions with each other just makes me beyond happy.

I want to see the Jack/Ianto date for reasons beyond the 'GUH! Hot! factor' (not that I wouldn't look forward to that). The whole reason for first dates is to get to know a person and through Ianto and Jack's interaction on the date, we could get more insight into their characters.

I can't believe how incredibly excited I am for this season of Torchwood.

Squee can only carry you so far (but you can have a hell of a ride *g*), but it looks like Torchwood is actually going to treat this much as they would any other relationship, with the side effect of getting to know the characters better.

Have you seen the promos for the next episode? One has an adorkable Ianto tidbit.
