There have been rumors flying around for months about the return of various companions to Who at the end of the 4th season.  Pictures taken earlier today seem to confirm the major one though.  Looks like in some shape or form Rose will be back.  (Others who have spotted filming say that so will Sarah Jane.)

From what I've seen in the rumors, it appears that the Doctor Lite episode may be all about the companions (John Barrowman has confirmed that Jack will be in Season 4).  If this is the situation, I'm actually really excited about the prospect.  I don't dislike Rose.  I just hate all of the angsty, whiny Doctor stuff that comes along with her.  It would be interesting to see Donna and Martha interact with Rose without the Doctor around.  You know that Jack would bitch about him along with the rest of the girls. *g*

Oh, and supposedly (I know this is a LOT of rumor) the god himself, Stephen Moffat wrote the episode.
