Quick update - Warning!!! Rambling and babbling to follow...

Just a quick update on what's been happening. Hopefully I'll post more tonight when I get home from work. (Assuming I don't have to swim for it across the river to get home.) I'm all happily settled in with the new roommate at the gorgeous new place. The fandom_nomads even got to see the place when we watched the season finale of Stargate.  Just dealing with two veeerrry hyper dogs.  Puppies really.  The cat basically hides from them in my room so we've bonded.

Umm...work.  Not much change.  Busy as always.  Not necessarily in a bad way, but I wouldn't mind a long vacation.

New pooter.  Loving the new laptop.  Okay, why didn't anyone warn me that the Sims 2 is like heroine when it comes to addiction factor?  Oy!  And how does one keep Jack and Daniel out of the hot tub so that they go to work instead of 'WooHoo'ing all the time?

Friends...Went to see a great play this weekend with a couple of the Nomads.  It's called 'Take Me Out'.  Carmen Argenziano was in it, which was how we found out about it in the first place.  Jeremy Sisto was also in it and I can't remember the main narrator's name, but he was the coach in Mighty Ducks 3 and Selia Ward's ex in Once and Again.  It was an incredibly written play and the fact that all but two of the male cast end up naked on stage for a significant period was a bonus.  Naked boys showering.  Not a bad way to spend a Saturday. 

Had dinner after the play and had a great time as always.  Unfortunately we were two Nomads shy.  One of these days we'll get all of us in the same room again.

Next...Vegas for Halloween with

Oh, and now that I've started figuring out how to do nifty animated icons...expect to get spammed with a few of those.
