Others have mentioned Ultraviolet, and I second that one. It's been a while since I've seen it, but I enjoyed it.
I watched all of Robin Hood and liked it a lot, especially for the slash factor. They just need to install a disco ball in Sherwood Forest and have a great big orgy. ;)
Do keep in mind that it's not anywhere near historically accurate and it's not trying to be. Judging it by that standard, it's bad, but if you just sorta go with the anachronisms, it's great fun. There's also a second season in the works.
I tried watching the first episode of Hex when they were doing a marathon on BBC American, but I found myself monumentally bored. Might give it a try on DVD now though, because avoiding commercials often helps with my enjoyment factor, as does being able to watch all of the episodes in one shot.
