So Mac decided to come out of the closet about him and Peyton. I'm unsure as to how I feel about the big reveal to Danny though. Does this mean that everyone else knew before Danny? Given how private Mac has always been with his personal life, it just seems odd that he would seem so...calm when it came to telling a subordinate about he and Peyton.
Also? What the hell happened to his hair? Clearly he grabbed Peyton's mousse instead of his styling cream. Bad Mac!
Justin Hartley in a towel FTW!
Not enough Flack tonight. There is never enough Flack.
Stella. So far I'm encouraged by how they're handling the HIV scare. It seems like the writers are going into it thoughtfully and with sensitivity. I appreciate the fact that it's not just a one episode shot, but they'll be carrying it through to the end of the season. Stella is the perfect character for this, too. She has an inner strength that will help her with it, but she's just broken enough to take everyone through the emotional toll that even a possibility of contracting the disease takes.
It will be interesting to see if the writers end up having her be HIV positive. I know that a lot of people think that they won't do that, but I think it would be a brave choice on their part. HIV isn't automatically a death sentence. People live productive, normal lives with the virus. It would be good to see Stella as an example of that.
I may have more tomorrow after I watch it again. Off to sleep now.
