Okay, I realize that this really isn't that big of a deal, but as a native Southern Californian I am required to make an astonished exclamation whenever it rains.

It was so WEIRD. I mean, one minute nothing, the next, it was Armeggedon! I had to call my sister, who lives five miles away (no, it wasn't raining at her house in SJC) to hear it. She thought I was playing a violent exploding computer game! LOL!
