Is Stupidity Genetic????

Is it wrong to expect supposedly mature adults to understand a process that they are responsible for, after explaining it for the 100th time?
Is it wrong to be frustrated with the thought of cleaning up the same exact mess week after week? I don't think my expectations of people are really too high. I would just like them to take a little responsibility for doing their job correctly on a fairly consistent basis. Errors are human. We all make them. But if the person has a higher ratio of errors than non-errors in there work...I'm thinking it's probably not the job for them.
I'm not a baby-sitter and I don't think I should have to hold other adults hands through doing their jobs.

on 2004-01-29 07:43 pm (UTC)You obviously need a slash break.
A word of advice:
DO NOT read Jude's Silver at work.
You will be incoherent with grief.
Try something nice and fun.

on 2004-01-29 07:51 pm (UTC)It's actually a x-over fic with the West Wing. It kinda grew out of a longer fic that I'm currently working on.
I also have a hockey bunny hopping around that I might try to drabble as well.
If I could get these freakin' bunnies to settle down for a few minutes, I might be able to get through at least one of them compeltely!
