This is why I need an H50 *facepalm* icon

So thanks to leupagus 's post here I'm now watching "Deep In The Valley" on Netflix.  On fastforward I might add.

It's horrific and hilarious all at the same time.  The character that Scott Caan plays is a douchey porno version of Danny on H50.  This thing is complete fodder for AU fics and even RPF stuff where his castmates give him total shit for it.

Also?  Confession time.  The worse the roles I see Scott in?  The hotter I find him.  How is this possible???

I just...wow.  The things I'll do for fandom.

Caan, 34, isn't a fan of some of the police procedural scenes, but he likes the character development and the growing relationship between Danny and Five-0 team leader Steve McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin). Their driving-while-bickering scenes, which O'Loughlin calls "carguments," have become a staple.

"Alex and I have figured out a way to find fun pieces in every episode that bring a little bit of truth to it and a little bit of fun," Caan says. "It's our chemistry together. I think we're very opposite, but we get along good. I think that comes across.

I have to say that it sounds like Scott is on the same wavelength for the show as many of us fans.  He gets that it's the relationships, not the crime drama that keeps us interested.
