I'm watching the commentary for "Bounce" right now (DVDs arrived today) and he basically brings up all the issues and squee that the fans had about the episode. All the points about Ziva and McGee being around when the original case happened and the slight confusion about the case. He even points out the plot holes.
He also goes on and on about his worship of Mark Harmon (he totally has a man-crush on him) and David McCallum. He then goes on to talk about how they're trying to pull in basically the slasher audience. Spreading rumors about he and Sean Murray having an affair. Plus he totally roots for Gibbs and Tony to kiss in the scene with the two of them behind the stairs. He goes on and on about how Tony might kiss anyone and everyone. The way Michael describes Tony makes me think of Captain Jack.
He also discusses his father's reaction to the episode at several points and it really made me wonder just how much of Tony's background really did come from Michael's life.
