NCIS doesn't air in Canada, on any Canadian channel. If you get cable, as I do, you can watch it on your local American CBS station, which for me comes from Spokane Washington. I'm not sure about the satellite folk.
Thanks so much. Glad to hear y'all aren't freezing. We have a Santa Ana moving in so it should get quite a bit warmer over the next week. Lots of wind too.
