Happy St. Patrick's

webbgirlI celebrated my Irishness by shopping and buying girly stuff. May go out drinking later, but not sure if I want to deal with more crowds. Everyone and their mother were at The Grove this afternoon.
I bought new sunglasses (because I only have 6 pairs right now *g*). They're a cute pair of Kate Spade ones and even have green in them.
I also got some pretty Spring makeup from Bobbi Brown. The guy at the counter was quite the comedian. I was bitching about my freckles and he made a Jan Brady crack about using lemons and that Marcia wasn't really all that prettier.
I also have new yarn and am planning on getting more tomorrow along with some DPNs (I'm going to do a hat pattern that I found for my mom's husband). ::I'mnotanaddictI'mnotanaddictI'mnotanaddict:: I really want to do a shrug for myself before I go to Vancouver. Of course, knowing my luck they'll have a freakish heat wave while I'm there and it'll be too warm for the shrug.
I'm working on my submission for the Gibbs Tony Creative Works-a-thon right now. Cross your collective fingers for me.
In honor of St. Patrick's Day, my step-father's favorite Irish Blessing/Toast.

Everyone should celebrate St. Patrick's by watching The Black Donnellys. *nods* It will be much worth your time.
