Family Stuff and Doctor Who

So I spent a lovely evening with my step-brother and his wife. He's really the only one of my step-dad's kids who I really bonded with growing up. I wondered for awhile when I was younger if it was just me, but his wife thinks his siblings are a pain in the ass as well. Somehow I feel vindicated. We also bonded over shopping tonight. He may be less than thrilled at this prospect. :) I did get a new pair of sunglasses though. As usual, they're cute. They're also on the relatively inexpensive side when compared with some of my others. (YES I KNOW I HAVE EXPENSIVE TASTE IN SUNGLASSES.)

It was really a nice evening though and I really do want to spend more time with them. They live fairly close by as well. I'm pondering doing the 4th with them next weekend.

The real reason for this entry is that I'm planning on catching up with Doctor Who between tonight and tomorrow. I'm waaay behind so this is going to be a test of my ability to stay awake. :) I would wait but I've stayed relatively spoiler free for the eps I haven't seen and I don't see that holding out much longer given the apparent excitement over the finale.

So I'm off to the land of Who. You may end up on the receiving end of flaily or WTF posts in the semi-near future. :)
