Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm doing a semi-traditional day with a few friends. We're mostly doing finger foods so Turkey wraps, with cranberry sauce and then some sides including butternut squash soup instead of the whole shebang. Big eating day is really Saturday with the USC/UCLA game. *g* Mmm...chili.
I made this cranberry sauce recipe. It's my favorite. I substitute sparkling cider for the cranberry juice and cut down the sugar amount. You can use pretty much any dried fruit too. It's waay yummy.
I hit Whole Foods this morning which was somewhat packed but manageable. The fun part was as I was going through the produce section, I was behind a guy and his teenage daughter. She was explaining the entire plot of the final Twilight book to him. It was pretty hilarious watching his reactions.
