So being the graceful creature that I am, I tripped and fell on the way home from work the other night. Intellectually I know not to put my hands out in front of me when I fall. Sadly, my instincts haven't quite caught up with that.
I now have a deep tissue bruise in my left thumb. Ow. This also leaves me with limited use of one of my opposable digits. So not fair.
To add insult to injury, my Nook has decided that it's no longer going to work. I called B&N yesterday and they're sending me a replacement (after we went through a whole series of tests and attempted reboots), but that will take 3 to 5 days.
My take away from this? No knitting. Limited gaming (I can sort of do Sims 3. I just have to be careful how I click around). Books are problematic since I'd have to hold them in one hand (only works for non-huge books) and no Nook.
