FLACK WITH A DOCTOR WHO REFERENCE! OMG! I love that. Now I can't decide which fic I'd like to read more. The Flack and Ianto go shopping fic that I've been wanting forever (yes, I know that Ianto is Torchwood, but whatever) or Flack and Danny sitting around watching a Doctor Who marathon arguing over who's the best Doctor (and which companions he's shagged).

There's a Time Machine involved in the murder they're investigating and Flack asks "Like Doctor Who?" Flack is definitely not the Doctor Who type of guy on the surface. I love the idea of him being a closet sci fi geek.

It actually worked into the story well. It was a genius doctor who was going insane, but the themes of the story worked in really well. They even got references to both Doctor Who and Back to the Future subtly worked in.

I'm impressed with how non-cheestastic they managed to make it.

I was just thinking, I'm going to do a post listing various fandom characters and who their favorite Doctors might be. *g*

Part of me says that Flack is an Old School type of guy so he's probably a Four fan, but he might like the energy of Ten. Hmmm...must think on this one.
