Yesterday was spent doing some deep deep cleaning at home.  My roommate was kind enough to help me organize things in my room so I got a bunch of stuff put away and moved around.   Finally, I literally collapsed into bed around midnight.

My body is currently protesting these events.  I have aches in all sorts of places where there shouldn't be aches.  On the upside, I actually have a liveable room again.

I also have a cute new cellphone since I drowned mine in a feat of spectacular prowess.

In conclusion, Ow.

I'm just trying to remind myself to get up and move at least once every hour or so at work so that my body doesn't cramp into a permanent sit.

Hot shower tonight when I get home.
