I don't care who it is, I always love seeing people who are happy in their lives. I especially love seeing people who are *in* love. I've been there and it's wonderful. I think the world would be a better place if everyone got to experience that at least once.

But when it's someone who has made my life a little more pleasant, even if they don't know me and I only 'know' them through their work, it's just an extra added bonus. There's nothing *I* can really do to show my appreciation, so it's nice when the universe steps in and does it for me.

And yes it *is* all about me. :-);-)

That is a very nice way to look at it and if you get something out of someone else happiness it is a win all around.

I just saw a clip from Italy where he says he is engaged and he clearly doesn't want to talk about it and I really admire that! Good for keeping things as "normal" as he can.

I just want everyone to be happy ;-)

I admire other people who think like you do and I try my best to feel the same way, because I believe it makes the world a better place if you can feel happy about other peoples happiness. :)

I used to get terribly jealous of it, but sometimes perspective comes with age and wisdom with perspective.

Or maybe I'm just living vicariously through other people. :-)
