Ice Queen and Meltdown were the two JAG episodes that introduced NCIS. They're not out on DVD yet (that season isn't due out on DVD until March).

There was a different female working with Gibbs and Tony (Vivianne...she bugged) and the characters were on much more of an even level. Gibbs was clearly still the boss, but Tony didn't seem so frightened of him.

Then again, Ducky was a slightly skeevy old guy and Abby wasn't quite the same either.
