Holy Hannah!

I know fandom isn't the most mentally or emotionally stable group at times. (Seriously people, you know that I'm right.) Recently though it's seemed to have gone to a whole new level of batshit.

There's one fandom with folks in angry denial about a temporary character that they've just met and who by all accounts won't be around for long. Then there's the other fandom list that has completely gone middle school with talk of cliques and hate mail and whining about pairings and people talking about the show instead of posting fics. WTF people???

Everyone needs to take about 10 deep breaths, step back and realize that this is a form of entertainment.

*hee* Like you've never had a batshit fandom though. *g*

Never said or implied that. *g*

I'm not sure which is worse. SG-1 or House?

Ooo...I will say that SG-1 did a nice job of preparing me for the potential batshit in all other fandoms.

Unfortunately it was nothing new to me by the time I latched on to SG-1.

However, the more I think about it, I'm pretty sure House has all my fandoms, past and present beat, big time for drama, wank and plain olde freak-outs.
