I was given a gift today by a friend I haven't seen in ages.  Seasons 1 and 2 of Doctor Who on DVD!!!!  Evidently she won the sets at some company thing (lots of sci-fi geeks and British folk at her company) and asked if I knew someone who would be interested in them.  Ummm...me.

I'm very excited about the prospect of not having to wait for downloads anymore.  She said she'd be dropping them off on my porch this afternoon, so I should finally be able to see the second half of...err...can't remember the episode title.  Aliens in London or something like that.

Now I should be able to work my way through quickly to start watching Torchwood.  (I have this whole obsessive completist thing that's making me go through them in order.)

I can tell already that I'm going to miss Christopher Eccleston. :(  I'm soooo loving him right now.  It also makes me want to see more of Claude on Heroes.

Anyway. \o/!

Win! But I have every faith you'll be seduced by 10. Because, you know, fluffy hair.

... which is obviously what all people who aren't me look for in people. >_>; Um.

Though I quite like Flack since he reduced the floppyness quotient in his hair. Same with Don Eppes. Hmm...maybe I'm an anomaly.

I may end up gorging myself on episodes over the next few days.

Short-haired Flack is the exception that proves the rule. ;) I still can't handle short-haired Don. *_*

*hee* I don't dislike Floppy!Flack per se, but I defnitely have more of an affinity for Short-haired!Flack.

I kinda have a *growl* reaction to Don with the short hair. I ahve no idea where it comes from either. It's a little disconcerting at times.
